Electrostatic field generator v1 and v2

Yes, I know, the video says EMP generator, but I later realized that it actually was an electroSTATIC field generator, not and electroMAGNETIC field generator. I later actually built an EMP generator with a piezo igniter, and it didn’t actually do anything because all technology has faraday cages around every component these days. Anyway, by attaching a piezo igniter to a coil of wire wrapped around a screw with a spark gap, you get an electrostatic field that basically floods circuits with enough static electricity to cause high voltages, interruptions in the circuit, and sometimes even electrostatic discharges. This thing here is really, really weak however, and can only interfere with things like calculators and this open circuit that don’t have faraday cages around everything.

This is version two. It’s basically just the same thing as the first one, but handheld and compact. Also, the screw the wire is wrapped around has electrical tape covering it to prevent the wire from skipping turns in case the ceramic coating on the magnet wire chipping.
