A dry powder mix inside a paper tube with a base. The powder mix is 50% KNO3(potassium nitrate), 30% sugar, 10% sulfur, 10% charcoal, and an extra 10% titanium sponge, all by weight. After crushing the KNO3, sulfur, and sugar in a mortar and pestle, I mixed it thoroughly. When packed into a paper tube with a base, the gases from the KNO3 and sugar mix shoot the titanium into the air, while the sulfur and charcoal increase the burn speed.
